4843 RESOLUTION NO. 4,843
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING
AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR MODEL CITIES THIRD YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement between the City of Little
Rock and the Little Rock Housing Authority for engineering
services in the Model Cities Third Year Street Improvement
Program. The Housing Authority would add the areas of 27th
and Main Streets and 29th and Main streets to their presently
existing contract with Blaylock , Threet and Associates , to
provide the engineering services necessary in this Third Year
Street Improvement Program.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
