A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY
MODEL CITIES TO THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING
AUTHORITY TO FUND THE PURCHASE OF LAND
FOR THE EAST LITTLE ROCK COMMUNITY PARK
SITE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to pay the sum of $178 ,000 . 00
to the Little Rock Housing Authority to pay Model Cities one-
third (1/3) share of the cost of land acquired for the East
Little Rock Community Complex Park Site . Funds for said
project are budgeted in the Model Cities First Year Project.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
