A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4812
TO CORRECT AN ERROR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 4812 , adopted June 20 , 1972 ,
erroneously awarded a contract to Simco Electric Co. for
$14 ,100. 00 for "Lighting Tennis Courts and Ballfield at East
End Park" . The item should have read as follows :
Lighting Tennis Courts McKellips Electric Co. $10 , 895. 00
at East End Park
Lighting Ballfield at Simco Electric Co. $14 ,100. 00
East End Park
Resolution No. 4812 is therefore amended as hereinabove set out.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after, its adoption.
