RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE STREET IN BLOCK 24 AND
BLOCK 25, BELLEVUE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
on the 16th day of June , 1972, asking the Board of Di-
rectors to vacate and abandon a portion of the street
in Block 24 and 25 of Bellevue Addition to the City of
Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition
now appearing of record in Deed Book 1, Page 251, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas , sub-
ject, however, to any public utility easements located
in said street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition
shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors
in the City Hall at 7:30 o ' clock P.M. on the
15th day of August , 19 72 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed
to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
