RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF FOXCROFT ROAD
ABUTTING BLOCK 20 OF THE BELLEVUE ADDITION, AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 12th day
of June , 1972 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon part of a street named Foxcroft Road, formerly knoin as
Glover Street and Fourth Street, abutting part of the Western
side of Block 20 of the Bellevue Addition, an Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the Plat of said
Addition now appearing in Plat Record Book 1, Page 251 in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, how-
ever, to any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o ' clock p. m. on the 15th day of August , 1972 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
