4818 RESOLUTION NO. 4,818
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT GRANT FUNDS FROM THE STATE OF ARKANSAS
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR PROJECTS
IDENTIFIED AS TC72-1 (b) -1 AND TC72-1 (c) -1;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept grant funds from the State of Arkansas Department
of Public Safety for Projects identified as TC72-1 (b) -1
and TC72-1 (c) -1 in the amount of $6 ,255 . 00 and $5 ,603. 00
respectively to be used together with local matching
funds for the purposes stated in the applications for the
Projects so identified.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
