A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH GALBRAITH
& GREEN, , INC. OF ARKANSAS FOR SERVICES AND CONSULTATION
PERTAINING TO THE LITTLE ROCK NONUNIFORM EMPLOYEES
GROUP PENSION PLAN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Galbraith & Green, Inc. of Arkansas is hereby
retained to perform all necessary and appropriate consulting and
administrative services to the City of Little Rock nonuniform
employees group pension plan including but not limited to the
following on an annual basis renewable annually at the beginning
of the calendar year at the option of the City of Little Rock
for a fee of $1, 950 .00 for the year 1972 and $1, 450.00 for each
renewable year thereafter :
a) Compute the annual actuarial valuations to determine the
annual plan contribution requirement .
b) Verify benefit payment amounts as Plan Participants become
eligible for retirement or vested payments .
c) Verify the actual expenses MONY charges the account and
measure the annual rate of investment return credited tc
the assets of the Plan.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
