A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TO MODEL CITIES SECOND YEAR STREET IMPROVE-
MENT CONTRACT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 to Model Cities Second Year Street Improvement
Contract with the Ben M. Hogan Company to provide for a five foot
wide sidewalk on Barber Street at a cost not to exceed $1,907.50 ,
which work is to be prosecuted in keeping with details and speci-
fications as prepared by Edward G. Smith and Associates, Engineers
for the said Street Improvements.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
