A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED FROM
THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That Dedication Deed dated February 18 , 1972,
of the Little Rock Housing Authority in favor of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas , as Grantee , to Lots 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 and the
West half of Lot 11 , Block 79 , Original City of Little Rock ,
is hereby accepted for the purposes and subject to the terms
and conditions therein set forth.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
