A RESOLUTION CREATING AND ESTABLISHING
A SPECIAL ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE MONIES FROM
ANY AND ALL SOURCES TO DEFRAY THE COST OF
MODERNIZATION OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AUDITORIUM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a special account to
be identified as the "Auditorium Modernization Fund" account
into which monies from any and all sources intended for funding
the modernization construction contract for the Little Rock
Municipal Auditorium will be deposited. Said funds will be
appropriated from said account from time to time as the Board
of Directors may determine.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
