RESOLUTION NO. 4,740
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
AN AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT TO ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION PROJECT 08-1-01104;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of the
City of Little Rock, is hereby authorized to sign an amendment No. 2
to Grant Agreement with the Economic Development Administration of
the Department of Commerce , United States of America, Project No.
08-1-01104 providing funds to modernize the Robinson Auditorium
and increasing the grant funds over the original Grant Agreement to
$1, 924 , 000. 00 from $1,664 ,000 . 00 . Said Amendment to Grant Agreement
is in form and substance reflected on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2 . Henceforth, the project herein identified will be
referred to and carry the Project No. 08-1-01104. 1.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
