A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS ART
CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed
as members of the Board of Trustees of The Arkansas Art Center for
terms or for the remainder of terms expiring on the dates set oppo-
site each such name :
Mrs. James K. Hamilton October 1, 1973
Mr. Fred Dierks September 5 , 1973
Mr. James T. Dyke December 30 , 1975
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
