A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHANGE ORDER
NUMBER TWO IN THE CONTRACT FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
GARAGE AND PUBLIC PLAZA; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Following the approval of the Little Rock
Housing Authority and the Little Rock Municipal Parking Authority
the City Manager is hereby likewise authorized to approve a
Change Order No. 2 in the contract for the construction of the
Little Rock Municipal Parking Garage and Public Plaza so as to
provide shoring and sand back-fill between concrete piers at
south and -east walls of Garage to contain unstable soil during
excavation. It being the understanding that the unit price
cost involved in this change order will not exceed Twenty-one
thousand, four hundred, sixty-six ($21,466. 00) dollars.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
