A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN
APPLICATION TO THE STATE COMMISSION ON
CRIME AND LAW ENFORCEMENT TO FUND THE
POLICE COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROGRAM TO BE
ADMINISTERED BY THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE
DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized, acting
for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock to make and file
an application with the State Commission on Crime and Law
Enforcement for a grant of funds in the amount of $47, 678.00
to be used together with other funds in the amount of $31, 985.00
to defray the cost of the Police Community Relations Program
to be administered by the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
