A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1990 COMPREHENSIVE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PULASKI-SALINE METROPOLITAN
AREA AS PREPARED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA
PLANNING COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Upon the recommendations of the Little Rock
Planning Commission the 1990 Comprehensive Development Plan
for Pulaski-Saline Metropolitan Area as prepared by Metropolitan
Area Planning Commission of Little Rock, Arkansas , consisting
of 96 pages and on file in the office of the Director of
Community Development, is hereby accepted by the City of
Little Rock to be used only as a guide and in no wise binding
in any particular with which the said plan deals .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
