RESOLUTION ELECTING SUCCESSOR ASSESSORS
FOR
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 137
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
No. 137 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have determined that it is
necessary that the assessment of benefits in said District be
revised because of increased subdividing of lands and improve-
ment construction in the District; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have reported the original
assessors, James H. Larrison, Lloyd Pearce and Thomas F.
Larrison, are unable to serve as assessors in making this re-
assessment, and said Commissioners have recommended the appoint-
ment of Truman Nolan, John A. Cameron, and Charles R. Dougan,
all duly qualified electors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as successor assessors to Messrs. Larrison, Pearce and Larrison.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Truman Nolen, John A. Cameron, and
Charles R. Dougan, be and they are hereby elected as assessors
for Sewer Improvement District No. 137 of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as successors to James H. Larrison, Lloyd Pearce and Thomas F.
Larrison, and they are directed to take the oath of office as
prescribed by law, and to reassess the benefits to be received
by each and every lot or other tract of land within said District
by reason of the revision of the assessment of benefits.
