4701 RESOLUTION NO 4,701
A RESOLUTION IN MEMORIAM OF WARREN Ea BALDWIN, SR.
WHEREAS, Warren E. Baldwin, Sr. , former member of the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, died in Little Rock, Arkansas, on December 11, 1971;
and
WHEREAS, his life was purposefully committed to meaningful services to God,
family and community; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors would by this Resolution record for posterity
the gratitude of this community for the legacies his life has provided for each
of us.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ,
SECTION 1. This Board of Directors, acting for all citizens of this
community, by this Resolution express humble gratitude for the life of Warren E.
Baldwin, Sr,
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
