A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A DEED AND THE CITY CLERK
TO ATTEST SAME CONVEYING CERTAIN PRO-
PERTIES TO THE DILLAHA FRUIT COMPANY,
INC. ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the Little Rock Port Authority, pursuant to
authority granted to it , has accepted an offer by the Dillaha
Fruit Company, Inc. to sell to said company a three acre plot
of land located in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park for a
consideration of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24 ,000 . 00) cash.
The said plot of land is described as follows , to-wit:
Tract "A" , Area 201, as shown on a plat of
said Industrial Park filed with the Depart-
ment of Community Development, City of Little
Rock , Arkansas
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
hereby approves the sale of the said property to the Dillaha
Fruit Company, Inc . for the consideration aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
is hereby authorized to execute a Deed in form and substance as
a copy attached and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
same conveying the property herein described to the Dillaha Fruit
Company , Inc.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
