A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PREPARE AND FILE APPLICATION WITH THE
APPROPRIATE FEDERAL AGENCY FOR FUNDS TO
DEFRAY THE EXPENSE OF SENDING TWO POLICE
OFFICERS TO A TRAINING INSTITUTE ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare and make application to the appropriate federal agency for
such funds as may be available and needed to defray the expense of
sending two members of the Little Rock Police Department to a five
day institute on police training and community relations at the
University of Miami.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
