A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
FIXING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
CLOSING OF A PORTION OF REICHARDT STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; PROVIDING
FOR THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1, Pursuant to Section 19-2304 of Arkansas Statutes,
1947 annotated, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas hereby set November 2, 1971, at 7 : 30 p.m. in the City
Hall as the date and time for a public hearing on the matter of
the closing and abandoning of Reichardt Street, between East
Fifth and East Sixth Streets, adjacent to Blocks 20 and 21 of
Garland Addition, Pollock' s Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a news-
paper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock,
