A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS FIXING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CLOSING OF A PORTION
OF WHITE ROCK LANE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; PROVIDING FOR THE
PUBLICATION OF NOTICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 19-2304 of Arkansas Statutes, 1947 annotated,
the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, will hold a public hearing
on November 2, 1971 at 7:30 p. m. in City Hall pertaining to the closing and abandoning
of the West 458.80 feet of White Rock Lane, lying north and adjacent to Lots 3 & 4,
Duncan's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation, in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
