A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ATTORNEY TO PROVIDE
THE NECESSARY LEGAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH
THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS TO PROVIDE ROBINSON
AUDITORIUM MODERNIZATION IN KEEPING WITH PLANS
HER171'OFORE APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Hershel Friday, Attorney, is hereby appointed
attorney for and on behalf of the City to provide such legal services
as may be necessary in connection with the issuance of Revenue Bonds
to provide Robinson Auditorium Modernization in keeping with plans
heretofore approved by the Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
