A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO A
LEASE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERN-
MENT, DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY CORP OF EN-
GINEERS AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK SAME
BEING LEASE #DACW03-1-71-338 AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEST TO SAME;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Mayor of the City of Little Rock is
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of little Rock
a supplemental agreement to a certain Lease between the United
States Government , Department of the Army, Corp of Engineers ,
and the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, same being described as
Lease #DACW03-1-71-338 and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to the said signature.
SECTION 2 . The said supplemental agreement will be in
the words and form as follows :
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO
LEASE NO. DACW03-1-71-338
LOCK AND DAM NO. 7 (MURRAY LOCK AND DAM) , ARKANSAS RIVER
Lease No. DACW03-1-71-338 granted to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , for shoreline beautification and environmental control
purposes is hereby amended to add the following to condition 6:
"In the event the lessee desires to sublease any
part of the property through third party agreements ,
such agreements shall be subject to all the terms
of the lease. All monies received by the lessee
from such concession agreements shall be utilized
by the lessee for administration, maintenance, opera-
tion, and further development of the leased premises .
All monies not so utilized shall be paid to the said
officer at the expiration of the lease. "
The effective date of this supplemental agreement is the date of
execution hereof on behalf of the United States .

SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
