A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GAS PIPE LINE EASEMENT
IN FAVOR OF ARKANSAS LOUISIANA GAS COMPANY
ACROSS CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK DEVOTED TO AIRPORT PURPOSES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS °
SECTION 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock a gas
pipe line easement in favor of Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company
to provide natural gas services to the new airport terminal
now under construction over property described as follows :
A parcel of land 10 feet in width adjacent and
East of the East right-of-way line of Factoria
Street, as previously platted, from its inter-
section with East Roosevelt Road North to a point
of tie-on with services for the new airport ter-
minal building in Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas .
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
