A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SETH WARD AND ANNE
BARTLEY TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Mr. Seth Ward and Miss Anne Bartley are hereby
appointed as members of the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts
Center for the remainder of four year terms which commenced March 18 ,
1971, replacing Mr. Sam Strauss and Mr. Ed G. Lovett, respectively.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
