A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED
NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITY GRANT BUDGET;
AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION THEREOF
TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Neighborhood Facility Budget for Project
Ark-N-42 heretofore approved by the United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development is hereby revised as reflected
on the attached budget bureau form 63-It-1118 consisting of
two pages and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to cause said revised budget to be filed with the said United
States Department of Housing and Urban Development for approval
by said agency.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.

funds which were allocated in Line Item Al and B6 are being transferred
into Line Item A3 and B5 because acquisition and relocation will be done
through NDP.
