A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MR. DABBS
SULLIVAN, SR. TO THE PORT AUTHORITY
AND MR. J. TAP HORNER, JR. TO THE
SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Mr. Dabbs Sullivan, Sr. is hereby reappointed to a
five year term on the Port Authority, said term to commence July 7, 1971.
SECTION 2 . Mr. J. Tap Horner is hereby reappointed to a four
year term on the Sanitary Sewer Committee, said term to commence
August 2, 1971.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
