A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
RELOCATION OF STORM DRAINAGE FACILITIES
FOR THE CONVENTION CENTER PARKING GARAGE
PROJECT; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids received
pursuant thereto according to law for the relocation of storm drainage
facilities for the Convention Center Parking Garage Project; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder has
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
award the contract for the relocation of said facilities to the
lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The lowest responsive and responsible bid on a
contract for the relocation of storm drainage facilities at the
Convention Center Parking Garage is hereby accepted and the
contract awarded to Bernard Nabholz, Inc. for the contract price
of $47,724.00.
SECTION 2. Upon completion of said construction complying
in all respects with the bidding specifications and bid proposal,
the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
of said contract price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
