4624 RESOLUTION NO. 4,624
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING EDWARD G. SMITH &
ASSOCIATES AS THE ENGINEER TO PROVIDE THE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN STREETS
IN THE EAST END, ALL AS PLANNED IN THE MODEL
CITIES 2ND ACTION YEAR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to retain Edward G. Smith & Associates as the Engineer
for planning and designing those certain streets in the East
End to be constructed in the Model Cities 2nd Action Year;
and is authorized to execute such documents as may be required
to confirm said employment.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
