4622 RESOLUTION NO. 4,622
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE YWCA (PHILLIS
WHEATLEY BRANCH) AND THE SOUTH END BOYS
CLUB AS THE OPERATING AGENCIES FOR PARTS
OF THE MODEL CITIES RECREATION PROGRAM;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The YWCA (Phillis Wheatley Branch) and the
South End Boys Club are hereby designated and accepted as the
operating agencies for parts of the recreation program planned
for the Model Cities area and the City Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to execute such contracts and documents
as may be pertinent or required to effectuate and fulfill the
purposes therein to be achieved.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
