A RESOLUTION REALLOCATING AND REPROGRAMING
ANY AND ALL UNUSED FUNDS ALLOTED TO PROJECTS
IN THE CITY 'S COMPREHENSIVE CITY DEMONSTRATION
PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Any and all unused funds remaining in project
accounts of the City' s Comprehensive City Demonstration Program
at the end of the fiscal year of the First Action Year Program
are hereby committed and reallocated in the accounts and to the
projects as hereinafter set forth:
PROJECT AMOUNT
Pettaway Park $3, 000 .00
First Year Drainage Project maximum of $25, 000.00
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
