A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PROVIDE AND MAKE REALLOCATION OF FUNDS
HERETOFORE APPROPRIATED AND DESIGNATED FOR
PROJECTS IN THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE CITY
DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Little Rock to
reallocate and reprogram funds heretofore provided for certain
projects in the City' s Comprehensive City Demonstration projects
to other projects in said program in order to complete the
latter such programs .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby requested to make
application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development
for the reallocation and reprograming of funds to and from
projects in the City' s Comprehensive Demonstration Program
according to the following table and schedule reflecting
project identification.

Social Services $28, 000.00
Teen Center $39, 000.00
SECTION 2 . The City Manager is authorized and directed
to execute any and all supporting applications and documents
as may be necessary to accomplish the allocation of funds as
referred to in Section 1 hereof in keeping with the requirements,
if any, of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
