4610 RESOLUTION NO. 4,610
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE
WHATEVER LEGAL ACTION MAY BE REQUIRED TO CAUSE NATURAL GAS
FACILITIES IN SPRING STREET TO BE RELOCATED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Attorney shall be hereby authorized and directed
to initiate such legal proceedings as may be necessary to effectuate the
relocation of the natural gas facilities situated in the right-of-way of
Spring Street, so as to permit the Little Rock Municipal Parking Authority
to proceed with the construction of the underground parking facilities
planned for the Convention Center Complex, an area, among others, comprising
the right-of-way of Spring Street, between Markham and Garland Streets.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
