A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FOR A RECREATION SUPPORT
PROGRAM GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000000) ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement with the United States Department of Labor for
a Recreation Program Grant in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000,00) 0
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
