A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LITTLE ROCK CITY
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION TO MAKE
APPLICATION TO THE ARKANSAS STATE DEPARTMENT
OF PARKS AND TOURISM FOR MATCHING FUNDS TO BE
USED IN PRINTING BROCHURES FOR THE PROMOTION
OF VISITORS INDUSTRY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Little Rock City Advertising and Promotion
Commission is hereby authorized and directed acting for and on
behalf of the City of Little Rock to make application to the
Arkansas State Department of Parks and Tourism for matching
funds to be used in printing brochures needed for the promotion
of Visitors Industry in the City of Little Rock and in this
connection the said Commission is to serve as coordinating Agent
between the City of Little Rock and the said Department of Parks
and Tourism.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
