A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBSTITUTION
If OF A REVISED PAGE D-2 TO EXHIBIT "B" AS
AMENDED, TO THAT CERTAIN AIR RIGHTS LEASE
BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND CAMELOT
INN-LITTLE ROCK, INC. , APPROVED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 4480 OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON JANUARY
4 , 1971; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Revised Page D-2 , dated May 17 , 1971 , of
substituted Exhibit "B" , which substituted Exhibit bears the
date of April 28 , 1971 , to that Air Rights Lease between the
City of Little Rock and Camelot Inn-Little Rock , Inc. , which
lease was authorized by Resolution No. 4480 of the Board of
Directors on January 4 , 1971 , is hereby approved and accepted
with directions to the City Clerk and all other interested
parties to substitute the said page D-2 as revised and dated
May 17 , 1971 , for that page D-2 of Exhibit "B" now attached to
the said Lease and on file with the City Clerk.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
