4579 RESOLUTION NO. 4,579
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EMPLOY DAN COWLING AS ARCHITECT FOR THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER AT CITY HALL
AND FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS HOUSING AT THE
OZARK POINT WATER TREATMENT PLANT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to employ
Dan Cowling as architect for the preparation of plans and
specifications for the Emergency Operations Center at City Hall
and for the Communications Housing at the Ozark Point Water
Treatment Plant,
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
