A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING THE FEES PAID TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK WATER WORKS COMMISSION
FOR BILLING AND COLLECTING SANITATION SERVICE
FEES FOR THE CITY; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to pay monthly to the City of Little Rock Water Works
Commission the amount of $1, 166.67 for monthly services rendered
in the billing and collecting of sanitation service fees for the
City; provided however, that the total annual amount to be paid
shall not exceed one per cent (1%) of the total annual amount
of sanitary service fees collected.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after July 1, 1971.
