A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EMPLOY MR, LEO HIEGEL AS
ARCHITECT FOR THE PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION
OF A POLICE ANNEX BUILDING; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the Police Department of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas needs a Police Annex for the efficient performance of
its duties, and an Architect is needed for the planning and
construction of said Police Annex.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
employ Mr. Leo Hiegel as Architect for the
planning and construction of a Police Annex Building.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
