A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EMPLOY-
ONE IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:'MADIGAN & BAER, DOBBS &
ALBRIGHT, TRUEMPER & SMITH AS AUDITORS OF THE MODEL
CITIES PROGRAM FOR-THE' FISCAL-YEAR' 1971.
WHEREAS, an Auditor is needed to audit the Model Cities Program for
1971.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to employ one in
the following order: Madigan & Baer, Dobbs& Albright, Truemper & Smith
as Auditors for the Model Cities Program for the fiscal year 1971.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
