RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE THE ALLEY IN
BLOCK 197, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 13th day
of April , 1971, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of the alley in Block 197 of Original City of Little
Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition attached to the
said petition (the plat of Original City subdivision having been
destroyed and no record thereof being on file in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, but which plat is notoriously
accepted as per the attachment to the petition herein) , subject,
hov;ever , to any public utility easements located in said alley.
NUN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o 'clock P. M. , on the 17th day of May , 1971.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publi-
cation once a week for two (2 ) consecutive weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation
in the City of Little Rock.
