A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF FLOYD
FULKERSON ON CERTAIN LANDS BELONGING TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED UPON THE RECEIPT OF THE
PURCHASE PRICE OF $6 , 300 . 00 ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The bid of Floyd Fulkerson to certain lands
offered for sale by the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , is hereby
accepted in the amount of $6 , 300. 00 . Upon receipt of this
purchase price , the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute in favor of Floyd Fulkerson a Quitclaim Deed to the
following lands identified as a parcel of land situated in
Block 3 , Plunkett ' s Second Addition to the City of Little
Rock , Pulaski County , Arkansas , and more particularly des-
cribed as follows :
Part of Lots 1, 2 & 3 , 10 and 11 , Block 3
Plunkett ' s Second Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas . Beginning 10 feet
North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 3 ,
Block 3 , thence South 88° 31 ' 43" East
200 . 31 feet to a point on the South right-
of-way of Third Street; thence North 46° 46 ' 53"
West 103 . 58 feet along said South right-of-way
line; thence North 83u 35 ' 56" West 72 . 65 feet
along said South right-of-way line; thence
North 60° 54 ' 49" West 54 . 49 feet along said
right-of-way line to a point on the West line
of said Block 3 ; thence South 02° 46 ' 12" West
100 . 5 feet along said West line of Block 3 to
the point of beginning. Said parcel contains
12 ,239 square feet , more or less .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
