RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF A HEARING ON THE PET-
ITION TO VACATE THAT PART OF 12TH STREET PIKE LYING WITHIN
THE BOUNDS OF LOT 1, BRISTOL REYLAT OF PART OF BLOCK 45 ,
SANTA FE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 29th day of
March, 1971, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all
of the street designated "12th Street Pike" lying within the bounds
of Lot 1, Bristol Replat of Part of Block 45, Santa Fe Park Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 26 at Page 6
and at Deed Book 1138 at Page 69, in the office of the Record of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said Street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock p .m. on the 3rd day of May , 1971.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
