A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE ARKANSAS STATE
CRIME COMMISSION FOR FUNDS AVAILABLE
THROUGH THE FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
ACT TO FUND PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS OF THE
POLICE TRAINING FACILITY ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed, acting for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock ,
Arkansas , to make and file an application with the Arkansas
State Crime Commission for funds available through and by
the Federal Law Enforcement Agency Act to be used for pro-
viding funds for Phase II Improvements of the Police Training
Facility for the City of Little Rock , Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
