A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. SAM STRAUSS, SR.
AND MR. ED G. LOVETT TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER FOR FOUR YEAR
TERMS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Sam Strauss , Sr. and Mr . Ed G. Lovett
are hereby appointed to the Board of Trustees of the
Arkansas Arts Center for four year terms commencing on
March 19 , 1971. Said terms will expire March 18 , 1975 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
