RESOLUTION NO. 4,516
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF DORMAN
ENTERPRISES ON CERTAIN LANDS BELONGING TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY
DEED UPON THE RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
OF $26 ,703. 98 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The bid of Dorman Enterprises to certain lands
offered for sale by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
accepted in the amount of $14 ,601. 99 . Upon receipt of this pur-
chase price, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute in favor of Martin S. Dorman and Sharon Dorman, his wife ,
said Grantees being designated by the bidder, Dorman Enterprises,
a Warranty Deed to the following lands identified as 1721 North
Mississippi Avenue, being situate in the City of Little Rock,
County of Pulaski , State of Arkansas , and more particularly des-
cribed as follows , to-wit:
A part of the South 75 feet of Lots 12 and 13 , Block 4 ,
Riffel & Rhoton ' s Forest Park Highlands Addition to the
City of Little Rock , Pulaski County, Arkansas , being
more particularly described as follows :
A part of the South 75 feet of Lots 12 and 13 ,
Block 4 , Riffel and Rhoton ' s Forest Park
Highlands Addition, commencing at the South-
west corner of the South 75 feet of said Lot
13 ; thence Easterly along the South 75 feet
of said Lot 13 a distance of 13. 32 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue easterly
along the South line of Lots 12 and 13 a dis-
tance of 86 . 68 feet to the southeast corner of
said Lot 12 ; thence northerly along the East
line of said Lot 12 , 75. 0 feet to a point, said
point being the northeast corner of the said
South 75 feet of Lots 12 and 13 ; thence westerly
along the North line of the said South 75 feet of
Lots 12 and 13 a distance of 85 . 89 feet to a point;
thence southerly 74 . 97 feet to the point of be-
ginning. Said parcel contains 6 ,459 square feet ,
more or less.
SECTION 2 . The bid of Dorman Enterprises to certain lands
offered for sale by the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , is hereby
accepted in the amount of $12 ,101. 99 . Upon receipt of this purchase
price, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute in

favor of Martin S. Dorman and Sharon Dorman, his wife, said
Grantees being designated by Dorman Enterprises , a Warranty Deed
to the following lands identified as 1723 North Mississippi
Avenue and being situate in the City of Little Rock, County of
Pulaski, State of Arkansas , and more particularly described as
follows, to-wit :
A part of the North 75 feet of Lots 12 and 13 , Block 4 ,
Riffel and Rhoton ' s Forest Park Highlands Addition to
the City of Little Rock , Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
being more particularly described as follows :
A part of the North 75 feet of Lots 12 and 13 ,
Block 4 , of Riffel & Rhoton ' s Forest Park High-
lands Addition, commencing at the Southwest
corner of the North 75 feet of Lot 13 , thence
easterly along the South line of the North 75
feet of said Lot 13 a distance of 14. 11 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continue easterly
along the South line of the North 75 feet of
said Lots 12 and 13 a distance of 85 . 89 feet to
the southeast corner of said North 75 feet of
Lots 12 and 13 ; thence northerly along the East
line of Lots 12 and 13 a distance of 74 . 90 feet
to the northeast corner of Lot 12 , Block 4 ;
thence westerly along the North line of Lots 12
and 13 a distance of 85. 0 feet; thence southerly
74 . 31 feet to the point of beginning, said parcel
containing 6 ,404 square feet, more or less.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
