A RESOLUTION_ AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
INSTALLATION OF_ ELECTRIC.. WIRING AND
LIGHTING AT BALLFIELD AT SOUTHSIDE
PARK; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for electric wiring and
lighting of the ballfield at Southside Park; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bid has
been determined, and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize a contract to have the work done by the lowest res-
ponsible and responsive bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid on
the electrical wiring and lighting of the ballfield at Southside
Park is hereby accepted and a contract awarded as follows :

SECTION 2. Upon completion of the installation of electric
wiring and lighting complying in all respects with bidding speci-
fications and bid proposal , the City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of said contract price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
