A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RAYBO
CORPORATION FOR MAKING 53rd STREET AND UNIVERSITY
AVENUE A FOUR-WAY INTERSECTION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. To the extent that such is necessary the City of
Little Rock hereby approves the making of the intersection of 53rd
Street and University Avenue a four-way intersection; provided,
however, under no condition will there be an expenditure of funds
of the City of Little Rock in any way or in any amount to effectuate
this authorization.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
