A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
TO AND COMMENDING THE BETA CLUB AND
THEIR EFFORTS IN CLEANING-UP CAMPAIGN
LITERATURE FOLLOWING THE RECENT ELECTION
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock is cognizant of the masses
of campaign literature and paraphernalia scattered throughout the
City as a result of the recent election.
WHEREAS, the various Beta Clubs of the City of Little Rock
volunteered and in fact cleaned-up the bulk of said campaign litera-
ture and paraphernalia.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desire to express the appre-
ciation of the citizens of Little Rock to the Beta Clubs for their
unselfish and laudable act and commend said clubs for their showing
of such civic pride.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock extends to the Beta Clubs
of the City its appreciation, gratitude and thanks for their work
done in this endeavor. Further , the City of Little Rock commends
each and every young person who devoted his or her time and energies
in an effort to achieve beautification of the capitol City of Little
Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
