A RESOLUTION IN MEMORIAM TO ROSS E. ANDERSON
WHEREAS , Life to Ross E. Anderson was lived to the fullest
and his rewards the greatest in that above all else his was a service
to God and to his fellowman; and
WHEREAS , While we are emotionally saddened with the recent
passing from this life of this fine man, we can and do take great
pride in the fact that we were privileged to live in his time and
share with him his moments of joy and satisfaction in serving
others than himself.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . We would by this Resolution record for history the
great pride and joy of those who knew Ross E. Anderson during his
lifetime and express humble thanks that we have lived during his
time and shared with all his fellowmen the results of his labors.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
